By visiting or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines posted in connection with specific sections or services of the Site.
Regal Boxes reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or any part of the Site at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Reproduction, distribution, or republication of any content from this Site without written permission is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content, images, designs, text, or materials you submit or use in connection with your products do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for any third-party content included in your designs and that such content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
ON-SITE CUSTOMER CONDUCT
You agree not to upload, post, submit, or distribute any content through the Site that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, defamatory, or that infringes upon the rights of Regal Boxes or any third party.
Regal Boxes does not actively monitor user-submitted content and does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or integrity of such content. Under no circumstances shall Regal Boxes be held liable for any content you may encounter that is considered objectionable or inappropriate.
All content submitted through the Site is the sole responsibility of the user who provided it. You agree to comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity or order placed using your account shall be deemed authorized by you. By placing an order, you grant Regal Boxes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, store, and process your submitted content for order fulfillment and production purposes.
Regal Boxes reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed objectionable, and may disclose content if required by law or to protect its rights, users, or the public.
CLIENT-SUBMITTED ARTWORK
All artwork must be provided in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Regal Boxes is not responsible for color variations resulting from RGB-to-CMYK conversions or for print quality issues caused by low-resolution or improperly prepared artwork supplied by the customer.
PRINTING PRODUCTS: PROOFING AND APPROVAL
Customers are required to review and approve all proofs prior to production. After placing an order, a final artwork proof and job specification sheet will be sent via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details, including dimensions, content, delivery timelines, and specifications.
Once approved, the artwork and specifications will be printed exactly as confirmed. Regal Boxes is not responsible for errors not identified during the proofing stage. Screen proofs are intended to verify layout and content accuracy only and do not represent final color output.
Lamination, material type, and printing processes may affect final color appearance. Regal Boxes does not guarantee exact color matching unless a paid hardcopy proof is requested.
MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
Unless otherwise specified in writing, materials used for printing are not food-grade. Customers requiring food-safe materials must notify Regal Boxes before placing an order.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE
THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR FINAL PROOF AND LAYOUT APPROVAL PRIOR TO PRINTING.
Regal Boxes is not responsible for errors related to:
Graphic placement or font selection
Spelling, grammar, or punctuation
Die-cutting, folding, or structural specifications
Final product dimensions
COLOR ACCURACY AND HARD COPY PROOFS
Regal Boxes will make every reasonable effort to reproduce colors as accurately as possible. However, due to printing limitations and material variations, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Color accuracy is considered acceptable within a 90% tolerance of the approved proof.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regal Boxes, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from content you provide that infringes third-party rights.
Under no circumstances shall Regal Boxes be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the Site or services.
DELIVERY POLICY
Estimated delivery times are provided after order placement and begin upon final proof approval. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to production requirements or carrier delays.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 6–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Regal Boxes does not ship on Sundays. Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom nature of printing and packaging products, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued once production has started. If an error occurs due to Regal Boxes, affected items will be reprinted or store credit will be issued equal to the defective portion.
Customers must report defects, damages, or missing items within 3 business days of delivery. Returns require prior written authorization, and at least 99% of the product must be returned within 10 days of delivery at the customer’s expense.
Rush printing or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported immediately to Regal Boxes and the shipping carrier. Regal Boxes is not responsible for third-party shipping errors.
Industry standards allow a quantity variance of up to 5%. Customers requiring exact quantities should order additional units.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Regal Boxes does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS
Orders ship after final proof approval. Proofs approved after 11:00 AM EST will be processed the following business day. Regal Boxes is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, carrier issues, customs delays, or technical problems.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for all customs duties and clearance procedures.
